Then he gets the note from the girl he’d had so much fun with in the host family he’d stayed with as a foreign exchange student in high school. When she asks if she can come for a visit, he decides he’s going to show her a vacation of a lifetime. It’ll be one last hurrah for him before he steps into a life that will consume his time.

As Nikolas pulls Avery out of her boring life and shows her a world she hadn’t even dreamed had existed, not only does she start to feel like anything’s possible, but she starts to fall for the sweet boy who is now an amazing man. But nothing could ever happen between them. They live on two different continents! And Nikolas doesn’t seem like he’s quite ready for a new relationship.
