The Gallery of Beauties

In Renaissance Venice, a visiting English lord commissions the portraits of the city's most beautiful women--an elite courtesan and the scholarly daughter of the chief rabbi. When one by one, the subjects of the portraits are poisoned, the two women, divided by status but united by determination, must use their wits to navigate the dark intrigues of powerful men to unmask the murderer.
