Staying with Suzanne, a friend from the police academy, she meets colorful characters and observes the sometime bizarre lifestyle of the ex-pats. She is enchanted by the beauty and the wildlife, but when people start dying, its obviously the work of a serial killer. Cat is sucked back into her role as an investigator and the killer soon has her in his sights.
