The Reverend's Cold Case

Tony Wagner's former foster daughter, Christi Fischer, asks him to investigate when one of her client's disappears. Chisti is a social worker at a women's shelter in Pueblo, Colorado.

Miranda Carrington had moved to her own place a month before. When her parents reported her missing, investigators found a note saying that she left to make a fresh start. Neither Christi, nor Miranda's parents, believe that.

Tony calls the detective in charge of the case, who encourages him to keep looking. He finds evidence of a stalker, leaving him no doubt that Miranda was abducted.
