USA Today Bestselling and Award-winning novelist Bette Lee Crosby's books have been southern fiction, historical fiction, and women's fiction bestsellers. Midwest book review describes her books as "Well-crafted storytelling populated by memorable characters caught up in equally memorable circumstances." The Seattle Post Intelligencer says Crosby's writing is, "A quirky mix of Southern flair, serious thoughts about important things in life and madcap adventures."

"Storytelling is in my blood," Crosby laughingly admits, My mom was not a writer, but she was a captivating storyteller, so I find myself using bits and pieces of her voice in most everything I write.

It is the wit and wisdom of that Southern Mama Crosby brings to her works of fiction; the result is a delightful blend of humor, mystery and romance along with a cast of quirky charters who will steal your heart away. Her work was first recognized in 2006 when she received The National League of American Pen Women Award for a then unpublished manuscript. These character-driven contemporary tales are packed with tension, adventure and snarky wit, but above all, romance. Ro Green squanders most of her leisure time reading, writing and listening to music. Almost every minute of every day sees her sat at a keyboard, furtling with a story (hers or someone else's) or chatting to her many friends all over the world. That's living alright! Well it is when you combine it with frequent trips to Wet, Windy Wales or Wondrous Wessex. Ro lives with her husband in the middle of England with the odd visit from their three darlings. Half a century of people, countries and experiences are fighting inside her mind to get themselves down on paper. So many stories, so little time.

Jeopardy Series By Rowanna Green

Described as “Hot, Hilarious and Hair-raising,” and “Dramatic, Swoon-worthy romance,” these stories feature the naughty adventures of Sexy Lexie and her friends. As she chats to her friends, she realises they all have similar tales to tell about suffering at the hands of unscrupulous men - well, it was the 80's!

Warning: Although generally light-hearted, these steamy, office-based shorts with a twist in the tail are not for the faint of heart. Or under-18s. Or people who don't like their heroines in too much trouble.

Before I wrote, I read. Voraciously. When I wasn’t able to read, I listened to audio books on tape or CD. Still do.

My name is Robynn E Sheahan and I live and write from the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

I started to dabble in writing while working as a Paramedic/Firefighter in Northern California. Trust me, it’s not like it appears on TV. There was plenty of time for books.

Ideas from dreams follow me into warm sunny days or the quiet of falling snow. What ifs feed a vivid imagination. Even miss-typed phrases may lead to an aha moment. Brain storming sessions standing in windy, dark parking lots with fellow writers release thoughts that pry at the corners of my mind, grasping for purchase. Sometimes the ideas pursue me, with persistence.

About three years ago the dabbling became serious when worlds and characters screamed for, no, demanded attention. So I wrote my first manuscript. Critiques and rewrites filled the next two years.

I now had STORM OF ARRANON, the first book in the series.

Riveting Medical Thrillers from a Real Doctor!

I was born in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn, moved to Queens, and then, as New Yorkers say, we ascended to the Island.
After graduating from Valley Stream Central High School, I went to Adelphi, a college then, a university now, and then to medical school in Chicago.
The war in Vietnam interrupted my postgraduate training with a year in Colorado Springs and another as a Battalion Surgeon in Vietnam. I spent seven months in the Central Highlands with the 4th Infantry and five months in an evacuation hospital in Long Binh outside Saigon where I ran the emergency room.
I returned intact in 1968 to complete my training in internal medicine and diseases of the kidney, nephrology.
I worked for twenty-three years in Berkeley, California in a hospital-based practice caring for patients with complicated illnesses often in ICU and served as Chief of Medicine.
My wife Dorlis and I retired in October 1995 and sailed under the Golden Gate Bridge for a life at sea in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Four years later, exhausted from repairing everything on board, (often many times) we sold the sailboat and within a year took the lazy man's out; we bought a Nordic Tug, a trawler. We motored around Florida, the Bahamas, the entire East Coast and completed two 'Circle trips' to Canada and back, eight months, the first time, five months, the second.
I wrote professionally as a physician to inform but rarely to entertain, at least not on purpose.
First, Do No Harm was published in April 2007. No Cure for Murder was released in August 2011. For the Love of God was published in January 2012 and The Sixth Sense in July 2012.
In the last two years, I've written three screenplays based on my novels and hope to see one or more produced for the screen. I submitted my screenplay, Rage to the 80th Annual Writer's Digest contest and won honorable mention (57 out of 11,000).
We live in beautiful Grass Valley with 13 year old Mike, a terrier mix and Bennie, a 7 year old purebred though enormous Yorkie.

Duane Lindsay

I wrote my first novel in college at the University of Wyoming, played lead guitar in Pinky’s bar as a member of “Suzy Q and the Quad City Ramblers,” Got an English degree, then an engineering degree, worked a lot, got married to Traci (probably the best thing to ever happen), wrote several books with Raymond Dean White, retired recently from said engineering and started writing again.
Now I write cheerfully demented novels about con artists and overweight PIs, play guitar a lot (on a very well used and loved 1954 Martin D-18 (for those of you who have guitar lust—centerfold picture available on request) and generally am having the best retirement ever.

Sweet Western Romances - Happy Endings Guaranteed!

Born and raised in a small coastal town in the south I realized at a young age that I was more adventurous than my conservative friends and family. I loved to travel. My passion for travel opened up a whole new world and new cultures to me that I will always be grateful for. I was raised to treasure family. I always knew that at some point in my life I would leave my story book life and become someone's mother, someone's aunt and hopefully someone's grandmother. Little did I know that the birth of my son at a later stage in life would make me the happiest I’ve ever been. He will always be my biggest achievement. The desire to be a work-from-home mom is what lead me down this path of publishing books.

While I have always loved reading I never realized how much I would love writing until I started. I feel like each one of my books have been influenced by someone or something I’ve experienced in my life. To be able to share this gift has become a dream come true.

I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed creating them!
PS: I'm really Eveline Hart writing under the Natalie Dean pen name. I started her so I could get a feel for what you like and so I could learn the ropes of being a self-publisher. So who did I write that author bio about??? I wrote it in honor of my Auntie who helps me edit all of my books! So it's really about her.

"The Alphas" is the prequel to “Howl of the Wolf”, book 1 of the Heirs to the Throne trilogy. The novel introduces the dogs and wolves that eventually formed a pack that travels through space to inhabit Drako. The story is also a mystery. Rachel lives in the South West of England and daydreams about shoes with red soles, lingerie and chocolate. If she's not writing HEAs, she's probably reading them. She is a wife and has a beautiful daughter.

For every woman who's ever desired more.

Top-Notch Legal Mystery Series

Dennis Carstens was born Worthington, MN a small town in the Southwestern corner of the state near South Dakota. He has lived most of his life in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. As such he is a member of the long-suffering fraternity of Vikings, Twins, Wild and Timberwolf fans. He received a BA from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. from a highly respected private law school, William Mitchell, in St. Paul. He is also a veteran of the USAF having served during the Vietnam war but was among those fortunate not to have been sent to Vietnam itself.

"I try to create a story that is entertaining, interesting and most importantly, thought provoking. I want to create something that gives the reader a legal, moral or ethical dilemma to think about. In doing so, as in real life, I may not have every little detail wrapped in a nice, neat bow at the end. However, I do believe the reading experience is well worth the ride. I, myself, am a big fan of the mystery/legal courtroom drama genre.

I was a practicing defense lawyer for almost twenty years and as such, I have a lot of experience to share in my books. The main stories are fictional but a lot of the anecdotal cases Marc Kadella handles are real life cases and added for comic relief."

WHO WILL LIKE THIS SERIES: Fans of private investigator mysteries, lawyer thrillers, or, really any kind of action-packed crime novel. But who'll especially like it: readers who enjoy the extra little legal touches you find in John Grisham and Richard North Patterson books.

New York Cozy Mystery - Meet the Next Miss Marple!

Gallagher Gray is an American writer who based her Hubbert & Lil series on her discovery of New York City in the 1980's and 90's, particularly her admiration for New Yorkers who did not shrink from who they were and who lived life full speed ahead. Both Auntie Lil and T.S. Hubbert are based on real individuals who influenced her life and taught her that age is a state of mind and has nothing to do with the number of years you have trod the earth.

Each book in the Hubbert & Lil series features a distinct area of New York City. "Partners in Crime" takes place on Wall Street, in a buttoned-down private bank determined to hide secrets almost as old as its wealthy clients. "A Cast of Killers" examines the grit-meets-glitz world of Hell's Kitchen, which rims the Broadway area and is home to aging actresses and Irish mobsters alike. The garment district is the setting for "Death of a Dream Maker" while the Lincoln Center area, along with the world of ballet, forms the backdrop for "A Motive for Murder."

A reviewer once said of Gallagher Gray, "the author has a fond eye for the eccentric." This love for the uniqueness of human beings, in all of their flawed glory, along with a knack for depicting the basic absurdity of life, runs throughout all of the Hubbert & Lil books -- creating a series that offers keen insights into human nature, gentle humor, and more than its share of uplifting moments.

Normandie had the best of several worlds: a Southern heritage, access to schooling in the DC area (which meant lots of cultural adventures), and several years of sculpture studies in Italy. It might have been better for her if she'd used all these opportunities more wisely, but it's possible that the imperfect and the unwise also add fodder for the artist and the writer.

Her life changed radically when she married the love of her life at an age when some would have said she was over the hill and way past her prime. (Clichés often speak the truth, don't they?) A lifelong sailor, she was delighted to find that Michael also longed to cruise lovely waters, which is what they did from Northern CA to Mexico, spending too-few years in the incomparable Sea of Cortez. Sea Venture, their 50' ketch, is back home in North Carolina now because Normandie's mama needed care. Still, it's gorgeous there, too, and she can write from home as easily as she could on the boat.

Her two grown children, son-in-law, and two step-sons are handsome (or gorgeous, as the case may be), talented, and a delight. And now there's a new granddaughter and grandson in the mix--woohoo! She just wishes they lived a lot closer to home.

Look for Sea Venture's clipper bow and beautiful lines as she slips into a harbor near you.
